Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 heaping cup pecans
3 whole eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Mix above ingredients well, pour into an unbaked 9 inch pastry pie shell. Bake at 350o for 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool, and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
