Veggie Summer Salad
Veggie Summer Salad
1 head cauliflower, cut into bitesize pieces (raw)
2 bunches of broccoli, cut into bitesize pieces (raw)
1/2 cup raisins (golden are the best)
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled into small pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Put broccoli and cauliflower in a large bowl. Add raisins. Add mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Mix well and then add bacon. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, mix again.
