Hummus
Hummus
2 cans garbanzo beans, drained
4 Tbsp tahini
juice of 2-3 lemons (to taste)
salt
1 clove garlic (optional)
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend well.Finely chopped parsley/pomegranate seeds/whole garbanzo beans/sumaq for garnish.
Olive oil might be poured on top.
