Amaretto

Amaretto

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in:
2 cups vodka
2 cups brandy
3 to 4 tsp. almond extract Bottle and let sit in a dark place for 30 days. Aquarium Jell-o 1 goldfish bowl (new/well-cleaned) 4 envelopes Knox gelatin Blue curacao
Purple endive, fennel leaves; anything w/pretty foliage
Assorted Swedish gummi fish 1 large package red hots jelly beans or other small, hard or coated candy Mix gelatin according to directions, substituting curacao for water in whatever ratio you prefer. Place hard candies in bowl. When gelatin is cool but not set, pour it slowly into the bowl, be careful not to disturb candy or the color will run. Cool until half-set then add foliage and fish, placing them w/strands of spaghetti.
Refrigerate.
