Honey Carrot Cake
Honey Carrot Cake
Mix together:
2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt.
Add and mix thoroughly:
1 1/2 C oil
Add, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition:
4 eggs.
Add and mix thoroughly:
1 1/2 C honey
1 tsp vanilla.
Blend in:
3 C grated carrots
1/2 C chopped pecans or walnuts.
Pour into greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
