APPLE PIE CAKE

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 1/2 cups diced apples
1 tsp vanilla
2 tblsp hot water
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in order given. (Batter will be thick). Bake in a greased 9-inch pie pan for 45 minutes at 350F. Serve warm with whipped
cream or ice cream. Delish.
