BROWN SUGAR CARROT CAKE

Ingredients + Instructions:
Mix together:
2 C flour
2 C brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Add and mix thoroughly:
1 C oil
Add, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition:
4 eggs
Blend in:
3 C grated carrots
1 C chopped pecans or walnuts.
Pour into greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
