Honey Butter
Ingredient:
1/4 pound Butter
1/2 cup Honey
6 slices Bacon; cook crisp — crumble
Beat butter in a 1-1/2 qt bowl with electric mixer, high speed, till lightand fluffy.
Gradually on reduced speed, beat in honey and bacon, beating till thoroughly combined and smooth.
Keep refrigerated in covered container to serve within a week.
