Shrimp Salad
Shrimp Salad
1/2 pound cooked shrimp, thawed and drained (or shelled and cooled)
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
2 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill.
