Hot Cocoa Mix
1 cup fat-free non-dairy creamer
1 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
For a Mocha, add 1/4 cup instant espresso or instant coffee granules
For Mexican chocolate, add 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Add 3 tablespoons of mix to 8oz hot water.
