Fruit cake
Ingredients:
80 grams soft butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1\2 cup milk
1 3\4 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons grated nutmeg
220 grams chopped dried fruit
Mix all ingredients. Beat 3 minutes by hand with a wooden spoon. Pour into pans and bake for 30-40 minutes (oven heat 180c-350f).
