Greek-style Fish
Ingredients:
2 pounds fish fillets
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced in rounds
1 tablespoon fresh dill (1 teaspoon dried)
Pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 chopped tomato
1/2 cup grated feta cheese (2 1/2 ounces)
Preparation:
1. Place the fish in an oiled casserole dish.
2. Top the fillets, with the onion rounds and sprinkle them with the dill, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, chopped tomato, and feta, cheese.
3. Bake at 350 degrees (F) about 30 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork
