Rainbow Trout Mexicana
Rainbow Trout Mexicana
Ingredients:
1 pound rainbow trout fillets
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup cheddar cheese — shredded
4 lemon wedges
Preperation:
1. Place fish in microwave dish.
2. Pour 1 cup salsa over fish; cover, microwave on HIGH setting for 4 minutes.
3. Rotate dish and microwave an additional 4-6 minutes until fish flakes.
4. Serve with shredded cheese and lemon wedges.
