Next Day Enchiladas
Next Day Enchiladas
leftover Mexican Casserole
6 or 8 inch flour tortilla shells
1 can Enchilada sauce
8 oz package shredded shedder cheese
Warm leftover Mexican Casserole. Fill the shells, and roll them. Place the shells seam side down in a baking dish. Pour Enchilada sauce over the shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 350o for 20 minutes or until heated. Remove foil, and continue baking until cheese is melted.
