Mom’s Barbecued Chicken

Mom’s Barbecued Chicken

Whole chicken, cut up
1 1/2 green peppers
1 1/2 onions
1 bottle Barbecue sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken in oven safe glass pan. Cut up onion and green peppers; place over chicken. Season. Pour bottle of barbecue sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hour or so until done.
