Blueberry Coffeecake
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour mixed with 2 cup blueberries
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Beat until light. Add flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla alternately (beginning and ending with flour), mix well. Stir in floured blueberries, pour into 9×13 inch floured pan. Bake at 350o about 35 minutes, or until well done.
