Southwestern Pinwheels
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup chopped pepperoni
1 1/2 cups sour cream
4 oz. can diced green chills, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 oz. original ranch dressing mix
4 oz. diced black olives
14-16 large flour tortillas
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in all other ingredients. Spread mix on each tortilla (the amount of mix is up to you). Roll tortilla and wrap in wax or plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1 inch slices.
