Four Layer Chocolate Delight
First Layer: Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter
Mix ingredients and pat into 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool.
Second Layer: Filling
1 cup Cool Whip
1 (8 oz) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix ingredients on low speed until fluffy. Spread on cooled crust.
Third Layer: Filling
3 cups cold milk
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
Mix on low speed until fluffy. Spread on second layer. Let third layer set for about 10 minutes before you spread fourth layer on.
Fourth Layer: More Filling!
1-2 cups cool whip
Carefully spread cool whip on fourth layer. Do not over stir the cool whip….it will get runny. Place in refrigerator to allow pudding to firm before eating.
