Fran’s Lemon Lush

1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 - 1 cup crushed walnuts
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1+ cup Cool Whip topping
2 - 3 1/2 oz. pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
whipped topping
Mix the flour, butter and walnuts together. Spread on the bottom of two 9â€? pie plates or one 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool a bit.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, whipped topping; and put onto crust.
Mix together pudding and milk and put on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping.
